
I LOVE meal prep! - Said no one ever
If you hate meal prep (like most of us), give Batch Cooking a try! Lets face it, meal prepping takes a lot of time and planning. Don't forget the ridiculous amount of tupperware containers and space in the fridge needed too. I mean who wants to deal with all that?
Thankfully, Batch Cooking is an awesome alternative that reduces the amount of planning and prepping time as well as food storage space needed. What the heck is it? Basically, it's simply cooking dishes that naturally make a LOT at once and also freeze/reheat well.
So, instead of 100 tiny tupperware dishes, pull out one big casserole dish or your big beautiful slow cooker! Make one or two large meals and simply scoop out and reheat servings at meal times during the week.
