1/2 - Cucumber Spiralized
Sheered carrots
1 avocado, cubed
1 lemon
Sliced cherry tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by putting your spiralized cucumber in a medium sized bowl.
Sprinkle sheered carrots over the top of you cucumbers
Add avocado
Squeeze lemon juice over the top
Add sliced cherry tomatoes
Add any seasoning to taste
