STOVETOP OATMEAL

This healthy breakfast will warm you right up! With the wholesome goodness of rolled oats and just a touch of sweetness, stove top oats are delicious and perfect for a cool morning. All you oatmeal lovers out there, enjoy!


THE RECIPE

Total Time: 15 min.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond milk option)

  • 4-5 Shake of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and stir.

  2. Spray frying pan with “Pam” and add your mix in,

  3. Cook on low-medium heat, stirring frequently, for at least 5 minutes or until oats have gotten soft and oatmeal looks hot.
