TIME: 15 min


INGREDIENTS

  • Crushed Almonds

  • Panko breadcrumbs “Gluten FREE”

  • Chicken

  • Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb

  • Olive Oil • Mushrooms

  • Asparagus

  • 2 eggs

  • Air Fryer - 380F

DIRECTIONS

  • Crack eggs in a bowl and mix

  • Mix almonds, breadcrumbs, and Mrs. dash into a separate bowl

  • Rinse chicken, dry and dip into egg mixture

  • Then dip chicken into bread crumb mixture coating both sides

  • Lay into pan and cook for 10 Min or until done

  • At the 5 min mark, add your veggies to the pan drizzle with olive oil and continue to cook until done.
