INGREDIENTS
Crushed Almonds
Panko breadcrumbs “Gluten FREE”
Chicken
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
Olive Oil • Mushrooms
Asparagus
2 eggs
Air Fryer - 380F
DIRECTIONS
Crack eggs in a bowl and mix
Mix almonds, breadcrumbs, and Mrs. dash into a separate bowl
Rinse chicken, dry and dip into egg mixture
Then dip chicken into bread crumb mixture coating both sides
Lay into pan and cook for 10 Min or until done
At the 5 min mark, add your veggies to the pan drizzle with olive oil and continue to cook until done.
