Banana Protein Pancakes

Pancakes get a bad rap but these are guilt-free! They’re packed with protein, healthy carbohydrates, and the delicious natural sweetness of bananas! They’re a healthy breakfast option that will keep you feeling satisfied and full for hours!

THE RECIPE




Total Time: 15 min.


Servings: 1 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/4 Cup Oats

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (We used Orgain)

  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 2 Eggs

  • Few Shakes of Cinnamon

  • Pinch of Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash 3/4 of the banana

  2. Put Oats in a Food Processor or Blender to Create a Flour

  3. Combine the Mashed Banana, Oats, Protein Powder, Baking Powder, Eggs and cinnamon in a bowl.

  4. Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat.

  5. Add batter in small circles.

  6. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side.

  7. When finished, serve topped with remaining banana cut into slices.
